Returns

You may return products purchased from Autoxscape.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If return is due to reasons that we are at the fault, we are responsible for the return shipping fees. Please refer to the return policy for complete details.

INGEAR Limited 3-Year Warranty

INGEAR warrants that during the Warranty Period INGEAR or an INGEAR Authorized Service Center (hereinafter Service Center) will, at its sole discretion, remedy defects in materials or workmanship free of charge either by a) repairing, or b) replacing, or c) refunding, subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited 3-Year Warranty. Customer is responsible for shipping to an Authorized Service Center. This Limited 3-Year Warranty is only valid and enforceable in the country of purchase, unless local law stipulates otherwise.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The Limited 3-Year Warranty Period starts at the date of the original retail purchase. Product registration is required to be eligible for the INGEAR 3-Year Limited Warranty. The Warranty Period is three (3) years for flashlight devices.

Exclusions and Limitations

THIS LIMITED 3-YEAR WARRANTY OR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1. a) normal wear and tear, b) defects caused by rough handling, or c) defects or damage caused by misuse contrary to intended and recommended use;
2. user manuals or any third party items;
3. defects or alleged defects caused by the use with any product, accessory, software and/or service not manufactured or supplied by INGEAR;
4. replaceable batteries.

THIS LIMITED 3-YEAR WARRANTY OR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY IS NOT ENFORCEABLE IF ITEM:
1. has been opened beyond intended use;
2. has been repaired using unauthorized spare parts; modified or repaired by unauthorized Service Center;
3. serial number has been removed, altered or made illegible in any way, as determined at the sole discretion of INGEAR;
INGEAR does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the Product will work with any hardware or software provided by a third party.

Access to INGEAR warranty service

You must have proof of purchase to access INGEAR warranty service. To obtain warranty service, you must contact customer service via email at service@ingearlights.com. If our customer service team determines that further assistance is required, you will be given a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number. You must properly package the product, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package and include proof of your purchase for the product. You must then send the product by mail or courier, with shipping costs paid by you, to:

We will process your return and send your repaired or replacement product to you at our expense (Limited 3-Year Warranty only) for product being shipped to locations in North America. For product purchased or being shipped outside of North America, please contact the local distributor from whom you purchased the product, or email service@ingearlights.com to obtain further distributor information.
